LAYFLAT ALBUMS

What is a layflat album? A layflat album is a high quality album with thick pages, designed to lay flat when the album is opened. It’s a binding technique that allows me to place an image across two pages and see virtually no crease between the two. It’s the only type of album I print weddings in for the reason that the day should be seamless.

WE LIKE WHAT WE SEE! WHAT NOW?

If you’d like to have me design an album for you, I create a quote and send it your way. It’s 50% of your album investment down to start the process.

Once the retainer has been paid, I send you a guide to help you select your photos. You didn’t think I’d leave you hanging high and dry to choose between all of your photos, did you? Much like your wedding gallery tells a story of your day, so does your album.

After you select your images, I go in and take those images to start the rough draft of your album. Once I’ve created the rough draft, I send it your way to be revised. The rough draft is designed to be presented like an album. You can flip through pages and add notes, ask to switch images or change pages entirely.

When the album is approved, we decide on the cover of your album, the text that will go on the color and what you want the overall look to be. I then order the album and it’s shipped right to your door within a few days!
